Wiem is Professional ICF certified coach and Nova profile certified consultant. Graduated from IHEC Carthage, Wiem relies on more than 28 years’ experience within big companies, including 20 years in a multinational where she occupied several local and MEA region management positions, to support her clients for greater autonomy and sustainable performance. Her rich experience in different business functions and units such as Business Controlling, Finance, organizational & transformation projects and Sales gives her the ability to support managers, middle-management, young entrepreneurs and students to identify their needs, be in contact with their values and unleash their full potential. Wiem is at the same time action oriented and empathetic, her clients appreciate her rigor, her energy as well as her listening skills, which allows her to create a real connection throughout the coaching process
